The Alabama Lemon Law covers any self propelled vehicle intended primarily for use and operation on the public highways, but this law excludes motor homes or any vehicle with a GVW of 10,000 pounds or more.

Terms: 3 repair attempts or 30 calendar days out of service within1 year or 12,000 miles
