Colorado Lemon Law 42-10-101

The Colorado Lemon Law covers private passenger vehicles carrying no more than 10 persons, including pickup trucks and vans which are self-propelled, designed primarily for travel on the public highways. The law does not include motor homes and motorcycles.

Terms: 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service within the warranty period or 1 year.
