Idaho Lemon Law 48-901

The Idaho Lemon Law covers any new motor vehicle used for personal business use or personal or household purposes. The law does not cover a farm tractor, motorcycle, trailer or any vehicle with a gross weight over 12,000 pounds.

Terms: 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service within the warranty period, 2 years or 24,000 miles after purchase.
