Indiana Lemon Law IC 24-5-13-1

The Indiana Lemon Law covers any self-propelled vehicle with a gross weight of less than 10,000 pounds and is intended for operation on public highways. This law does not include conversion vans, motor homes, farm machinery, mopeds, snowmobiles, motorcycles, or off road vehicles.

Terms: 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service within18 months or 18,000 miles of purchase.
