Montana Lemon Law 61-4-501

The Montana Lemon Law covers self-propelled vehicles, designed primarily to transport people or property upon the public highways, including motorhome chassis. This law does not cover trucks with a gross weight of 10,000 pounds or more or motorcycles.

Terms: 4 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service within 2 years or 18,000 miles of purchase.
