New Hampshire Lemon Law 357-D:1

New Hampshire Lemon Law extends protection to any vehicle with a gross weight of less than 9,000 pounds. The law also includes off highway RVs, mopeds, and motorcycles.

Terms: 3 repair attempts or 30 business days out of service within the warranty period plus 1 year after purchase.
